Do veterans with out of state DV plates, receive a discount on RV camping? And with Access Pass.

With regards to Veterans, if they have a 60% or greater disability, I was told that they get a discount. But, I haven't officially confirmed that. ACCESS PASS holders receive a 50% discount on all stays, at ALL Louisiana State Parks, IF you are a resident of Louisiana and hold a Louisiana drivers license. But there is still the $6 transaction fee no matter how you book (walk up, online, phone) for the first night stay regardless of how many nights in a row you reserve.
