How do I get in contact with the corporate office because at this point I need to talk to someone who can actually help. The office is steady running me in circles and wasting my time.

All case workers have a supervisor and if you're having trouble getting thing done I would suggest either calling up there and telling them you need to talk to your case workers supervisor or go up there and do the same

They were helpful when we needed assistance.give them the info they need..they have to process within 30 days
