They only have puppies if they where captured or handed over from the owners. You can visit with any age child but you aren't allowed to put your fingers in or near the cages so keep that in mind when visiting. Children have the tendency to want to touch.

They have all their animals listed on their website. I believe any child can see the animals as long as parents or an adult is present.
