2 women that work there, that waited on us, were incredibly rude. They had no customer service skills at all. They acted as though we were bothering them. Not impressed. Never smiled, never even said hello. They apparently do not want sales. I think that we will be going to a local small business jewelry store, I'm sure they will appreciate the business. Truly these women do not even deserve 1 star.

The management at this store go above and beyond for their customers. I had an issue with the credit department that would not budge or handle it. So I called the store the managers took car of it quickly and couldn't have been more pleasant. TODAYS SOCIETY HAS FORGOT ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE GUYS TAKE PRIDE IN IT! highly recommended this location lycoming mall Kay's is fantastic!

I hope you go out of business soon because the last 2 sets of jewelry I received as gifts from this store were terribly made. I even had a warranty and used it within a week of receiving the first gift because the earring didn't close properly. Unfortunately their "fix" didn't work and now the earringss lost. Terrible quality
