Ordered in the drive thru, and say in line for way too long. If I wasn't stuck in line , would have already left.

Just being slow and not having things in order. I would have called when I was sitting there in line and couldn't get out.

I wiuld called McDonald's ask for manger. Told how long in line and no one would let you out and you want your meal free. It has worked for me before.

Was already in line. And if you notice I said I was stuck in line. Getting out of line would have took just as long

i would call the home office and let them know and that will get things started in the way they need to do business

I would stay away from that McDonald's. Jest kidding. Ask for 800 number and complain. They get enough calls they will investigate.
