Tenant refused to allow the other 15 to be taken to be fixed and he wasn't even paying for it! If the housecwasnt on Main Street it might be different but it's also next door to a restaurant. The cats are destroying the property.

ASPCA is full and other places to. I have a dozen around my place also. ASPCA said to complain to your community reps to do something about it.
