Thanks for asking. The CAC pit is classified as an elevator. So it can be at stage level, floor level and down a floor for musicians or band. For some shows we use the pit as a dance floor, but when it is seated we offer 50 pit seats across three rows.
They do not always have chairs in the pit area. But they do set up chairs there, and then they will typically be a higher price for tickets.
Yes there are chairs in the pit area. I never sat there but the chairs look comfortable.
