Just pass the community arts center at the red light turn left and there's a parking lot on the right hand side. We park there all the time.
The best parking lot is on Hepburn & 4th Streets. It is behind the Liberty Arena. It is a complicated pay system as you to need to have your license plate number & need to pay at a kiosk. They now will ticket up to 9 PM.
