If you are having trouble with your car you can call the store to have it arranged to be towed. If we aren't open and it is an emergency (i.e. stuck in highway) call sunflower tow @ 913-777-9300 and make sure you mention you are an AutoNow customer.
I do not believe they do as i mentioned to them i would have to tow my trade -in and they offered no other option for that. They very well may , i would assume they would deduct charges from trade value or add to purchase. I personally did not inquire their tow options if any.
