Not So New LLC

I bought a 2002 Toyota Echo from here back in 2021 that needed a little work done like tires and new brake pads but it was very reliable. A pickup truck totaled the Echo and I came back to NotSoNew to look at a 2006 Mazda 3. I looked around the 2006 Mazda 3 and throughly inspected the vehicle. I tested drove it and liked it. I bought the car with 152,660 miles and currently have 156,677 miles. After driving 4,017 miles I haven’t had any large issues. I drove it to Jefferson City and back and to Lexington. Multiple errands and such and only things I needed was new tires, new cabin air filter, new brake caliper on rear, removed old tint, new O2 sensor, brake pads and oil change. Cars been very reliable I would drive it to St Louis. If you not car savvy I recommend bringing someone that knows about vehicles. Before the purchase I knew what I was getting since I know a little something about vehicles. I’m not a full fled mechanic but I know how to repairs things and properly inspect a vehicle. Update: 07/09/2022 I just drove to St Louis. Visited the Arch and Zoo before driving around the city then came back to Kansas City. I had no issues the whole trip. I have 160,000 miles now and no issues.

Worst ever or just terrible people? Rude, condescending, vulgar, I didn't know people used language like this over the phone. Leaving out the swear words.... I called about a used Honda Pilot. I asked what can you tell me about the car and what brand of tires does it have. The salesperson responded that he only answered specific questions. I asked what brand of tires does it have. The salesman said he had no idea and didn't have time to talk to answer these kind of questions. If I needed to know these kind of details I would likely be happier shopping closer to home. I agreed I bought a car the same day online from a different dealer who could answer simple questions. If you want to ask questions, this is not the place for you!

They have excellent customer service. I've gone by a few times to browse through cars, and finally bought one this week and I love it! Cris is always very nice and professional, & answers all of my questions. They seem to always have new and different cars, so you're bound to find something that's perfect for you. No idea how this car got approved in anyway to be sold, less than a week of me driving it, it caught on fire while I was at work. Waste of money and time, shouldn't be selling cars that you know are bound to fall apart.
