They stay pretty busy from the times I've been there so I dont think the public shares your opinion...
Probably because the brisket had to flyin from another city just to get past security. Seriously a dumb spot for an airport restuarant. Wouldn't knowing their food sucked or not because I wasnt allowed into the gate area.
I have nothing but high praise for their brisket so I think you got a bad cut or a bad day...or you dont know what good bbq is maybe?
Captive audience without any serious alternative. we were ther on the 4th during layover. Not only was food less than mediocre, the service was seriously unfriendly....
Well at least there are good drinks there
