You can always ask at the wi dow for a receipt if you need to. They can also scan your mobile app at the window if they did not do it while you placed your order.
The problem is the trans number is different. The store number is not listed. Neither is the date which I can get off my bank statement but considering most people go thru the drive thru can these things be added?
In the app, go to Account, and Transaction History. You should see Add Missed Transaction at the top. I think you can only add 1 or 2 a day.
