This location is awful. After the cashier rang my order up wrong and over charging me the manager tells me there’s nothing they can do about. Then she says she’ll have to ring the order up that I wanted and I would have to pay for that separately and that she would refund the original amount. She then proceeds to tell me that she has to ring the order the same way the cashier did to issue a refund. Well, she rings the order up wrong and my refund is now short by almost $3. I told her that it was wrong and she says that she’ll have to refund for another item. It was still wrong and when I told her about she closed the window and walked away. We have reached out to corporate on this matter.

The safety is pretty good. They have a clear plastic piece at the window. Of course they have an opening at the bottom of the window for you to give them the money through the window. The workers do wear a mask through the drive through. Its pretty good.
The Arby's on 400 N. Knollwood Street in Winston Salem opened in 1969.
