I first met Dr. Dilella when I was at a nursing home and he was amazing and made my stay much better knowing he was the physcian handling my care. .... I would recommend him to my own Mother ..the best bedside manners I've seen from a Doctor in the many years I've been dealing with a few chronic condition's😀👍 ....

I would give this practice minus stars if i could. A few of my family members have been patients there for many years and up to a few months ago ( when Dr.Bailey left) things have been OK ( not the best service especially the front office who never seem to answer the phone and when they do they are extremely rude, and the people who call the prescriptions at the pharmacy take forever) but because we liked the doctor we overlooked the rest. Unfortunately the good doctors never stay too long there. The front desk, the assistants, the doctors have all changed recently and let me tell you it cannot get worse than this. You cant even see a doctor anymore they made us see the nurse practitioner who doesn’t care about the patient at all, doesnt listen to the patient’s complaints or needs. When i asked to speak to the owner or office manager i was told the owner who is Dr.Delilla does not see patient anymore and there no way to contact him that he does not have an email or telephone number...and the office manager is out for personal reasons and they dont know when she will be back. I just hope that Dr. Delilla is aware of his horrible staff and is doing something about it. Extremely disappointed!!!!

When viewing the different reviews by people, I accidentally clicked on the like button for one of the bad comments- I definitely don't agree with it. I have had several appointments at Dr. Dilella's office and always received good care.
