Photo Tech does the body and Lens. I suggest you bring both of them in to be evaluated and the technicians will confirm which items have the problem. Sometimes with impact both items can develop a problem.
I am not sure if Photo Tech is following questions here in Google maps but local guides like me see the questions for sure. I may advice you to take your damaged equipment to Photo Tech. Most probably they will tell you that you have to pay for diagnose like a small amount. Then they will tell you how much it will cost you if repaired.
