My daughter is going to be 18 years old on June 26 2019 and I have to renew her passport that expires on June 4 2019, can I do it at this location and will it be good for 10 years since she will be consider an adult?

She will have to apply in person using form DS-11 since her previous passport was issued when she was under age 16. She'll basically be applying as a first-time passport holder and is not eligible to renew.
