You are paying for the training as this is a training school. You do not get your license here. You get the necessary training and they explain to you everything else you need to do to get your security license but that comes from NYS. Hope this helps.
You pay first then take your test. Just like when you go to the DMV to get your drivers license. Pay first then exam.
