It depends on how much you decide to put down initially, but it ends up being between $60 and $70 a month.

Note: I'm not directly affiliated with the gym. I believe that the pool is included with any membership. I think typical price is more than $50, but less than $80, a month. That includes 1 on 1 sessions with a personal trainer every 3 months, and a meeting with a nurse every 6 months or so.
