Awful! Go elsewhere like Princeton radiology! Call center scheduled me incorrectly and when I arrived I was told I couldn’t be seen. I needed an ultrasound to rule out DVT which is urgent. The receptionist was incredibly rude and accused me of putting it in wrong?? She called her supervisor and he explained to me they scheduled it wrong NOT me. They call me again today to reschedule me just for them to tell me that location does not even do that test. Stay away!!

The telephone answering system is the worlds worse. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes or more on hold.

Hi Al, if you called by phone, you were asked any pre-screening questions at that time. Please just bring your script to your appointment. On the date of your exam, you will receive a text message 60 minutes prior to your exam with a check in link. When you get to the parking lot of the office, please stay in your car, click on the check in link, answer a few questions and you will be checked in. You will be contacted when your technologist is ready to start your exam. Thank you taking the time to ask a question online. In Freehold, please park in on either the side of the building as the entrance at the back. Wait in your car, then on the date of your exam, you will receive a text message 60 minutes prior to your exam with a check in link.
