I’ve used them twice to repair a button on a couch cushion. When it fell off the second time they claimed it was not the same cushion… so when it falls off three times will it be the same excuse? It doesn’t seem like a difficult objective. I actually don’t mind paying whatever the price is I just want it done right, and not fall off again. I guess that is not possible.
