I can’t say enough about my overwhelmingly positive experience at Eagle Rock Apartments in Freehold. I lived there for three years and during that time, had no issues. The apartment complex was beautiful and very well kept, with a great assortment of amenities. Any work orders were addressed in a very timely manner. Parking was plentiful. Throughout my three years, I lived with nothing but comfort and convenience. Over everything else was the exceptional staff at Eagle Rock Apartments, particularly the community manager Maradonna Curtis, who was nothing but amazing from day one, always with a positive attitude and a smile on his face and always working hard to provide the best experience for his residents. If I ever return to this area, moving back into Eagle Rock would be a strong consideration for me. I strongly recommend it for any prospective residents.

Just left after 2 years and it was a great experience for my wife and I. Maintenance did a great job fielding issues, the ground were always clean, management was nice, and the online portal was easy to use. The place is nice, quiet, and had people of all ages, which would make it a great place for almost anyone needing to rent. We'll truly miss our place and can't thank Eagle Rock at Freehold enough!

They refuse to uphold their part of the lease. They will band aid and ignore you. My AC is broken in the midst of a heatwave and with a feverish toddler as well as a sick adult. They refuse to call an actual technician or replace the AC. They refused to replace the washing machine. Look at the clothes. I had to call and call. Lastly you pay additional for trash and recycling. If you pay for a service and your lease says to put recycling in recyclables, why go against your lease and be fined. Maradonna is only nice when he is praised. I have sent him all this and pictures with no response Dont live here. I have to because of the military.
