They accept walk ins or have to make an appointment???

I need help can l walk in with out appointment?

They do not accept walk-ins, and neither do they allow you to schedule an appointment on site. You MUST do it online or over the phone. It's ridiculous. So I sat there in the waiting room for the entire duration of the 23 minutes it took me to make am appointment over the phone. Also, they schedule you for a 15 minute visit. Not one minute longer. If you go over you have to schedule another 15 minute appointment.
