Lies about delivering things all the time. Marks items delivered when they do not. They mark items delivered at 9pm ...9pm? Mail trucks aren't out. They lie to cover their own butts and hide their incompetence. They make up reasons as to why delivery are delayed when they just forget. (Acess point blocked when it's not, why were other packets delivered then ? ) address unreadable (literally no issues). Was even told by someone who works there that he knows other workers scan items delivered because they forgot to deliver them. Absolutely trash I have never had any issues with mail like this except from this place

I just want my package. It has my baby stuff in limbo. They didnt even try to deliver it to my address—they left it at a unknown location at a parcel box…and there are no parcel boxes around here. I can’t get any post office on the phone around here. I don’t know what to do. I need my baby stuff. I’ve been ordering stuff for my baby for weeks and never have an issue with delivery. Who runs a business like this??? I’m never getting anything from amazon again.

Might I recommend and amendment to the United States Postal Service motto. Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds, unless we just don't feel like it. In which case we will lie and say we delivered your package even though we never even tried.

They scan everything wrong. Put delivered but put the comment must be picked up. Doesn't make sense. They don't answer the phone either.
