I've ahad better luck calling in the afternoon. The volume of calls in the morning seems to be very high. Lately, I've been using the Contact Us form online. That has worked well.

Have you tried getting in touch with them on-line? I've gotten to speak with someone when I call, tho...had to be patient but it worked! Good luck!
