I was there 2 days ago and their phones were down. I had to sign in just outside their doors. Then they called me from a restricted number when time to see my dog.
I was there last week. Yes you will get a busy signal many times. Then when it finally starts ringing, let it keep ringing...someonewill pick it up. They are just that busy. But very worth it.
I called them several times last week (had a dog staying there) and it's busy several times before you can finally get through. Then it rings for a long time before a receptionist picks up. It can require some patience, but you'll get through. They're worth it!
