I went into the store to get a few things done that I couldn’t get done online. Brandon is an awesome rep and he got it done today I have dealt with him the last few times I’ve went into this store. He was a great help and was eager to help in any way he could. I recommend him if your going into this store. He’s the only one I like dealing with when I have to go in the store. He was the best.

I went into the att store because my old phone wasn't charging and didn't want to turn on it did after all but it was a older phone and it didn't keep its charge before that anyway and it was not in perfect condition per say 🙃 so I decided I'll get a new phone and I did the associate in the att store helped me get the phone I needed the same day and helped me set it up and got me the best phone case and charger I have only been in this store a couple of times and this visit is one of the best visits I've had personally so I'll be back if I need anything

Customer service has greatly improved from couple of years ago! My last 3 visits have been extremely helpful from 3 different knowledgeable, friendly staff! Alex, the manager, yesterday was so patient and helpful!!
