Wouldn't allow me to return an open box of tiles because I bought them in a box and a few of the tiles were used on my project. Asked for prorated return and they denied it. Poor service IMO.

Today Tuesday had a very bad experience regarding some pain that was mixed incorrect for the job that we're doing on a project in South Austin reached out to the manager spoke to him on the phone once I got there he went to lunch would not go to the store these people are very rude especially the guy that says he's the store manager wide guy bald-headed be careful he will talk to you crazy

I have used Home Depot for a home repair and had really bad service as well, have you tried the guys next door, really good service, I bought a weber grill from them and they delivered it for free, HD wanted to charge me, bad service.
HD contracts the work out to independent contractors. Whether it is roofing or a cedar fence, all work is done by a contractor. You are paying a fee to HD for using their services.
