Yea you have to call either as soon as they open or wait until around 230p. That's when you can get someone on the line fast. Going there in person is also best if an emergency, but for routine visits they now require you to schedule an appointment M-F.
My wife had the same issue but eventually got through. Yes, that busy. Yes, that good.
