How do we get someone to answer a call? Spent an hour calling every Dept. No answers. Where are the managers for appliances??

I did call every number, no one answers they send back to main menu. No moe appliances from Lowes in Newark. Need other appliances??

I have not had success on the phone. Away from desk area. I am there frequently so i stop by dept
