Yes ofcourse and you will not be disappointed. I've had membership to all Sam's, BJ and Costco and its BY far the best.
I don't think that they do. You have to come in as a guest of someone who has a card, or buy a membership. I like Costco more than BJs, partly because the people on the floor are so helpful.
