Our "salesperson" was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Although we had done a little research prior to shopping, she took the time to explain the differences between the types of bikes they carry. Their prices are competitive and the opportunity to donate to the Boys and Girls Club made the decision to buy from Princeton E-bikes very easy.

The experience of choosing a bike was wonderful. I was not necessarily confident of my bike riding skills because of a recent enough knee surgery so my volunteer sales person offered to ride with me. She made me feel comfortable and and made the experience better. She was generous with her time spending as much as I needed to answer questions that I had and ride as many bikes as I wanted to try. I appreciated the volunteer did not try to over sell to me. She honestly wanted what would suit my needs best. And this is a nonprofit place so money spent goes to youth services and activities!!! How wonderful is that? I want to shout out to the volunteers that I worked with who made my experience go so well. Thank you.

I scheduled An appointment so that my friend and our wives could investigate Ebikes for our wives. Ross provided excellent reviews of the bikes and set us up so we could test ride 4 models . We switched off among ourselves and all tried the different models. Our wives determined the did not want the power and speed of a class 3 and decided the solera 7 speed worked for them. With Ross’s help and great care we were able to get our wives each a bike and we look forward to them joining us on trail rides in Lewes Del. This fall and all season next year. The entire experience from setting up the appointment to the test rides and ultimately our purchases was perfect. My friend and I have agreed to be part of the volunteer team for next spring we were so impressed with the vision and approach. Sincerely Jim
