This supposed to be a non-smoking property but since I've been living here tenants have been smoking cigarettes. The horrible smell travels through my bedroom window waking me up. Traffic noise from route 1 highway is loud. Construction work being done past midnight.

The apartments (building 2000) don't have an HOA - only building 1000.
