I’ve been living here for two years starting out with The Avalon, and now it’s the Artisan. My sister and I have had issues with many things which we asked for help with… and felt we were beusjed off. Men would show up and leave after 5 minutes… saying they “fixed it”. Today we luckily had the opportunity to have a new maintenance man named “AJ”… show up. I usually am the tenant to complain…( with good reason)… but it’s necessary for me to acknowledge amazing worker. AJ… took pride in his work.. was knowledgeable… and explained what needed to be done. He was here for hours… taking apart our washer and dryer and didn’t stop till our problem was solved. He needs to be considered for the head of maintenance here… I’m serious. Totally respectful… and was our Prince Charming.

Yes! Acceptable pets include cats, dogs, and fish (50-gallon tank size limit with management’s prior written authorization). Other animals are subject to management approval. Pet Maximum: Limitation of two pets per apartment. Deposits & Fees: Cat- $500 deposit and $60 monthly fee per cat Dog- $500 deposit and $60 monthly fee per dog Restrictions: The following dog breeds (full or mixed breeds) are not acceptable: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corsos, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky or any other breed management deems as restricted. Prohibited pets include, but are not limited to, reptiles, ferrets, pigs, rabbits and monkeys.

No, they don't. They have one month free right now, but increase it exorbitantly the year next. I started with 1400 and it is 1780 now
