Liz Fitzwater is extremely rude and inconsiderate. They charge me $212 in rent when I have absolutely no income I am disgusted with the way they have tricked me into paying rent this month. They don’t help because they don’t feel like it! I am disgusted! She also hung up in my face and I will not tolerate a person who serves the City of Beckley treat me so horribly when for years I have never needed assistance before and new to the game and the way they treat me is disgusting. I’m not taking away from my family just to pay rent anymore!

I feel I pay to much rent based on my income and NO UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. You're responsible for rent, electric, water, sewer, and gas. They also do walk through inspections of each unit monthly. Sometimes even more.
