I signed in to have my haircut and the personnel seemed extremely nice and were going to work me in shortly. Two people were in chairs and i was told 20 to 45 minutes. Returning a bit later, I found one person remaining and " the manager " sweeping up. I asked to sit.she was reluctant. Then in front of myself and the other client dressed down the other hair dresser. Complaining about work she was doing that she expected to have been done in her absence very sternly degrading the employee in front of clients. I got up and gently told them I did not need a haircut that badly. I called back to the business and asked to speak to the manager to ask that she kindly address her employees in private. She told me it was all a joke.😮‍💨😮‍💨

Took my son to Nikki with SmartStyles for a perm on top. She was amazing and he's very happy with the results. Fast, friendly service and we'll continue to book with her for hair care.

Was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes. Looked around come back, was told would be 15 more minutes. Come back in 10 minutes and they had took someone else in front of us. So waited way over an hour. Poor customer service.
