No, I've never seen live lobster there, the do occasionally carry live blue crab. You should go in, it's a fabulous place.

Kroger should have some, or you may be able to also buy a live lobster from West End on VT campus as you can with raw meats. (However, I do not know if you can do it with lobster.)
Nope, there is no live lobster in Kuruger, Oasis or Walmart, but you may find frozen.
You may find some in Kroger.
