July 27, 2020 I hadmajor back surgery I received 12 screws 26 inches of Titanium n in physical therapy at Betty Bacharach LEARNING to walk again. I would GREATLY APPRECIATE any and all help u could afford me. I'm currently m renting a 10 by 19 back yard shed Which cost me 85 %, of my total income w SERVICE per. The people who I rent my she shed from stop paying THIER rent in April 2020, they were giving notice to move 2 months ago as I was told as well. No insulation in my shed, only a heating blanket n lights.it was very cold last week. I have numerous dr. Appointments n STRUGGLE for bus n proper food required by my Physicians. MAY I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ON FRIDAY 13TH OF NOVEMBER 2020. PLEASE PLEASE. I QUIFY FOR SEC. 8 ALSO SENIOR, ASSISTED LIVING AS WELL.. TRYING TO GET INTO JOHN P.
