Yes. If there is a spot. No ganratee all time. Especially when school busses are there. Not overnight. You will be towed.

On a busy day you will have a hard time fitting an RV that size in there and may get trapped depending how people park. But no overnight parking
Maybe up top where they sometimes park school buses,but I would check with the park first. Definitely would be just for the day,not overnight
