For a troop to rent a site area it's $35-45 total per day depending on the area (platform tents or cabins). Kitchen is extra as are canoes, archery, firewood but not too much extra. You can go on GSHG to get costs. What Nicole is referring to was an entire camp rental for an SU event so it was a per person cost which included food and supplies for the weekend event.
We were just at Camp Lowe two weekends ago and it was very reasonable. Not sure of the overall cost to rent the camp but we paid $30 a person for the weekend.
