I took my teenage son and 3 of his friends here a few months ago for our first Escape Room. We did A Night in Greyside Manor. As we were all rookies, we did need to get several hints from the staff, and a couple extra minutes to finish, but we still had a great time and started getting the hang of it by the end. All the kids had fun. You do have to work pretty fast, and I’m glad they let the boys finish since we were so close to the end when time ran out. I would say that you probably should do a room prior to trying to do one with a room full of kids that need a little more guidance, but it was still a lot fun either way, and the staff is there to give you hints when you get stuck. We decided to come back with my family of 4 and did the Alcatraz room. The whole family had a blast and everyone was able to contribute to solving the puzzles. We still had to ask for 2 hints, and we made it out with 40 seconds left. Very exciting! If you are looking for something fun to do with your teenagers, this is it. Everyone left with a smile and we all talked about how much fun we had the rest of the night. We are feeling pretty good about or Escape Room skills now, and we are ready to do some more difficult rooms. We will be back for more.

Acme Tattoo Parlour had a blast in the Speakeasy room! Super fun and a challenge to break the codes to find the Tommy Guns! Staff was awesome and a ton of fun! We are excited to try the other rooms soon! Find Acme Tattoo Parlour on Monday nights downtown, you definitely may find us at the ESCAPE Company real soon!

Fun time! We escaped the CSI room with 1 minute and 23 seconds to spare.

This was my second visit here. The first visit went great. It was a Sunday and slow. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The second visit was late on a Friday night. I walked in to book a room and the guy at front desk said he was too busy to book the room so we just needed to go online and do it ourselves. So we did. Our game master gave us the intro and instructions then we started our game. When we asked for a clue, we got a different person on the walkie talkie that told us to hold on because they were working with another room. We waited for 10 minutes with no response. When i asked again, person was super rude and said, “I told you I was busy and you need to wait!”. Then started giving us clues to locks we’ve already unlocked. Had no idea where we were in the game. I asked if the game could be paused until we could get help and get some time back on the clock and Said person (who we never met) walked into our room and told us that we couldn't get any time back just because we weren’t able to get any help and had a major attitude. We felt super uncomfortable after that altercation and decided we would not come back here again.

If you're with the tour, there are games there, and on the tables, but not video games. It's an adult bar, if you will otherwise.
10 and up to do the escape room. Just keep in mind they have a bar there and there are a few stupid drunk people you'll have to deal with.
My husband and I played a room with just the 2 of us.
