I'm not : " THEM" , just a customer! A good customer: when SEARS was at the edge of the abyss of bankruptcy AND NO ONE HAD PARTS! THEY FOUND THEM FOR TWO MOWERS~~~ WITH OPTIONS ( of what to choose, original or after market " improved" versions!) They said 3 days, two days later it was done ( I choose to buy extra: regular maintance parts! Go there, you won't be disappointed, if the don't got it, can't get it any more ( CHINA ONE MONTH CORPORATION RUN OF ONLY XXX MADE AND : " That's all, folks" but the have knowledge of sources!
They are in business for repair service, not retail parts. Best to shop google.
