Why do they never answer the phone? You have to spend 10 minutes going thru the corporate menus to get to the phone number to call them. If you dial thru corporate you get a 33% chance they will answer, but 0% if you call then directly, why?

I don't know, I'm just a customer there. I guess it's because they don't care to answer phone calls.
