No! I would have asked for the Manager and let him know he has lost my business and I will never come back, and that I was letting all my friends know how I was treated by their employee. Also that I will be going on Facebook and let the 1000 friends know and request that they post my experience.
I did Betty and he was just as bad. I posted on facebook and google reviews. It was horrible for my daughter and I. I thought talking to the GM would regain our business but he threw his business card at me after telling him my experience the day before with his sales manager Jason Frye and told us he was done. Get out. I took a picture of him just to post but I did record the entire thing. He also walked past us 6 times laughing a giggle as he made us wait 50 mins to talk to him. Just horrible.
