Andretti Indoor Karting and Games – Buford

It was our first time here at Andretti in Buford. One machine kept displaying an error message and David A. called someone to come help me. Well someone took a while and I saw David A. again and he was surprised that no one came to help me. So he said he is going to get someone and he was going to stay with me until someone came to help me. Then when it was time to redeem our tickets I guess our card did not receive all the tickets we earned so David A. spoke with a manager and he was able to fix it for us. David A. was eager to help us and did it with a smile and great attitude. I feel like David A. went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Will definitely be coming back because of the awesome customer service David A. gave me and my family.

Came in on a Monday night to kill some time before dinner, luckily it was not crowded despite it being fall break for most school children. The staff were actually very friendly and helpful. I feel like staff at entertainment/gaming places like Dave & Busters or Main Event aren’t always that friendly, but these guys were great. They walk you through everything so you don’t feel lost. You have to sign a waiver before go-karting. We did the intermediate race because one person in our party was 16 yrs old and doesn’t have his license yet - it’s a good option so no one feels left out. However, it was incredibly difficult to operate the steering wheel. Everyone in my party complained about sore arms because it was very hard to turn the steering wheel. It was so stiff. I almost thought something was wrong with mine until I confirmed everyone in my party experienced the same thing. I understand it’s probably for safety reasons, but several laps in and I was ready to go because I got tired of operating the wheel at that point. Paid $25 for arcade games and got an additional $5 to use, so $30 total for arcade games which was great. Most games are $1-$2 with $5-$6 being the most expensive. I’ll be back!

I love the place. We love the place. But today there was cockroach walking in the bowling area… not nice if you think we order a lot of food!

This was my first time at any Andretti location and it won't be my last! The food/drinks are good, the games were fun and there are so many options, everyone can find something to do. I really suggest the 7D experience, it was very fun. We did the Zombie and Carnival experience and I don't know which one I liked more. I even earned more tickets than I thought. The whole staff was amazing, very friendly and answered all my questions and never felt out of place. Even though everyone was great here are a couple of shoutouts of those who went over and above: Leandro - Manager, greeting me with smile as I came in and answered all my questions. He even looked like he was about to do something else and stopped what he was doing to make sure I was taken care of and I really appreciate it. Heather - server at bowling. Was very kind, the drinks she made was delicious and was able to give great suggestions for both good and drink. A very lovely young woman that I will be requesting her when I come back!
