I recently bought a mattress -beauty rest black . I was in a hurry and saw the signs saying they were closing and I thought it would be a good deal however as mentioned before they are not closing and nothing g is really a “good deal” that you couldn’t get somewhere else . I also thought I had a certain amount of days to try the mattress and if I didn’t like I could get a refund . Not true . No refunds for any reasons. So you are stuck buying a mattress they have even if they dont have something you like . I’m still sleeping in the guest room while paying over 4000$ on mattress I can not sleep on comfortably . I was also offered no a 200$ gas card with my purchase that should have came within two weeks , it has been months and still no card. I would never ever come here again. Worst mistake, now paying for it for the next five years . I’d never buy again from A place that has no refund policy and forces you to buy from them when they don’t offer a mattress you like . I noticed the mattress never feels the same when you get home . After trading the beauty rest for a Serta that is supposed to be cooling it has no cooling effect . It feel no different than a regular mattress . Not satisfied with the quality of products or services . Still in pain , the mattress both I tried still caused pain while I have no pain. When I go to the guest room. I seriously regret this purchase . Should have gotten the same mattress that is in that other room however they didn’t offer tempupedic . It would have been nice for them to just give me my money back instead of forcing me to get another mattress that still causes me pain considering I came Back to them within 2 weeks telling them the mattress is not good for me.

Bad customer support, unprofessional and misleading sales professional. On 03/27/22, the sales professional - Mr. Demetry Ward at the Duluth store helped me with my purchase of a Serta King Hybrid Mattress. At that time, I was debating a purchase between a Serta and a slightly expensive mattress which was offered at a sale price. Demetry convinced me that if I buy a lesser expensive one (Serta) and didn't like it for any reason, I can return it and exchange with the other mattress which was also on sale, plus the $60 devlivery fee. So, I ended up buying Serta. After a few weeks of testing this mattress, I realize that this is not as firm as I would like for it to be. So, on 05/30/22 I return to the store to check out a firm mattress for an exchange. There was a Beauty Rest mattress that seemed like it was to my liking, Demetry assisted me with this as well. However, he firmly refused to honor the Memorial Day Sale price of the Beauty Rest mattress and insisted that he can only exhange it with my Serta for the full price of the mattress which was $350 more than the sale price. I tried to reason it out with him, about how misleading this was given what he told me on 03/27/22. He curtly said - 1) I can either keep the current mattress or 2) Exchange with the Beauty Rest and pay the difference for its full price and NOT the sale price. This is in total contrast of the information shared with me on 03/27/22. I asked to speak with his supervisor or the store owner to which he responded he was the store manager and he doesn't know when the store owner will be available. His response was so uncourteous and unprofessional, that I walked out of the store telling him I would leave an honest bad review about my experience with him. So, I don't trust this sales professional, and would neve buy another mattress from this store again for their misleading salesmanship. Several other stores, have a buy back guaranteee on their mattresses (with a 3 - 4 months test period) without having to go through a terrible experience as described above. What is even more misleading is, they have signs all over the store front saying 'that everything must go, store closing' - while the truth to the matter is these are misleading signs that existed on the store windows for a long time, and they are not closing any time soon. So, do yourself a favor and shop around with a store that stays true to their words.

We wipe down all surfaces multiple times a day with a disinfectant. We practice social distancing with customers an employees and all employees wear face mask.
