They are a full service vet that allow you to come without scheduled appointment unless of course it was a surgery needing scheduled. As someone else mentioned above you can always call to see how busy they are prior to going just so you know what to expect for approximate wait time.
We have been taking our pets there for over 10 years. They take walk in emergencies and also send out reminders when pets are due for annual vaccinations, etc. We have always had great service.
They do both, however, new patients are taken until 3pm.
