If you have multiple locations and plan to have to remove items you should have planned ahead. You will first need to go to an Oconee County Magistrate's office and obtain claim and delivery papers. Then a Deputy will escort you to all locations. The local police departments do not have the manpower to assist you for two hours. The claim and delivery papers will ensure that someone escorts you to each location as this is a civil matter that is only handled by the Sheriff's office.
