Do not get into a membership with them if you have a job that you travel they will not cancel your membership over the phone even if you call and tell them to cancel your membership they will continue to take payments outpaymentsoutoutyouaccount

I joined for that one reason. I do travel. With the black card membership ( $23) I can get into any planet fitness in the country. They are the one gym that is everywhere. Your reason is invalid Unless you can’t pay that little membership fee. If that’s the case Go buy some bands.

I called to cancel my membership also and was informed that they need my signature to process the cancelation at the original location I signed up. Hella inconvenient for sure, but I can grasp the reasoning. I originally signed up because I do travel often for work and yes, they are everywhere. BUT every single location (with the exception of the one I signed up at originally) seems to feel impersonal and like I'm on a hamster wheel. As silly as it sounds, the dark color scheme doesn't give me the pep I want 🤷‍♀️
