I really hate going to the dentist due to some pretty traumatizing experiences, but this place is different. I.f you've ever had a tooth surgically removed, you know what that actually means, Dr Katz was surprisingly gentle for the type of procedure that was done. normally after having a tooth extracted, my jaw is sore for a few days afterwards. I was barely even in pain. I didn't start feeling pain until a few days after the extraction when it started to heal and the stitches started pushing their way out. I can't say that I enjoy going to the dentist now, (who does?)but I do know that when I have to go back this is where I will be going.

I'll be happy to pass this feedback along to the team, Lori. Neither doctor is still listed on the Aspen Dental website, but I'm sorry if there was any confusion from your Google search results. - Emily, ADMI
Hi Sheryl, Flexible financing solutions are available at every practice. The team at your local office would be happy to help you find an option that works for your budget. – Emily, ADMI
I had pain ... They allow some time each day for emergencies. if you call back and let them know about the pain and how bad it is you will get in that day or the next latest
Just don't go there if you have insurance and an accidental trauma. I fell and broke out a crown. My insurance covered it by 100%. I was told on my initial appointment they would file the paperwork. However, they filed it under my regular dental insurance instead. They wanted $1,300 from me on the day I went for the crown. They then told me they didn't file accidental insurance and I would have to do it and if the bill wasn't paid in full it would be turned over to collections. If they had been honest with me on the first visit I would have chosen a different dental clinic. My insurance has already processed my claim and now if I can't get it overturned then I will have to pay a portion of the bill which should have been covered in full. The dentist and his staff were wonderful but, the front office has poor customer service!
