The good news: They are basically the only dentists who take Medicaid in the area. The bad news: They literally NEVER answer their phones. I've been trying for weeks to make an appointment for my son's dental exam for school. They wouldn't answer the phone. I called the regional phone number on the website. She wouldn't do anything but transfer me to the same number I've been calling. While I was on the phone with her, I was on their website on a computer on the "contact us" screen. Literally WHILE I was on the phone waiting for the transfer, I get locked out of their website! It keeps saying my access was blocked by the site owner. After a few minutes of the phone ringing, it hangs up! How does that even happen?! This is not the way to treat patients. Just because someone is on medicaid doesn't mean they don't deserve the same quality care as someone with private insurance. **Editing to Add: I wound up calling the medical side and asking if there was any way they could help me get through to dental. The woman on the other end of the line was extremely apologetic and tried to help me out.

Call almost every day for a MONTH and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Unfortunately, in my area, with my insurance, there is NO ALTERNATIVE. I hate this place.

We had a great experience going to the dentist with my 4 yr old. She has never been to one. The dentist was so nice and really took the time to get to know us and to make her feel comfortable.

I’d bet my yearly earnings that not one 5 star review is from an actual patient. Not only do they not answer phones, they’re extremely unprofessional, they do a terrible, and I cannot express this enough, a terrible job doing their work. They have no empathy for patients in pain. They have no care about dental emergencies. The most simple of tasks seem to be the equivalent of calculus to an 8 year old. I know lots of folks in “3rd world” countries that receive far better dental care. Even communist Cuba has better dental care than America. Not to mention a lower mortality rate. Why? Bc most workers in the medical profession here in America have absolutely stopped caring about the well being of their citizens and it should be a crime. This is why people fly to Mexico for medical procedures. Bc this service is trash and you’re better off risking it in a back alley dental office in Tijuana
